Journal
The fields mirror two templates you already own — Month 12's trade sheet and Day 9 – Trade Sheet.xlsx — so this is your own sheet made computable, not a new thing to learn. It computes only what you enter, and it displays no projections and no simulated equity curves.

The Friday review, in four questions
- Were there any rule violations? If yes, that is the week's only finding. Fix the process before looking at anything else — P&L included.
- Trades taken, skipped by rule, and missed — three separate counts. Skips are successes. Misses are a process problem: something was not being watched, or the plan was ambiguous at the moment it mattered.
- Expectancy over the last twenty, in R. Below twenty trades this number is noise and the site says so rather than drawing you a confident-looking line.
- One sentence on what you will do differently. Not a new rule — an edit to an existing one, in /plan.
The live gate in the honesty section is measured from this log: twenty setups logged over four weeks, and zero rule violations across the final ten days.
